  • Our Privacy Policy

  • Community Guidelines

  • Business Disclosure Statement

  • Any product-specific notices or addenda

These documents are part of this agreement by reference.

We use third-party platforms and tools (e.g., Stripe, Notion, Skool) to provide our Services. By participating, you consent to data sharing necessary for service delivery, in accordance with those platforms' terms and privacy policies.

If you reside in the United States or Canada, you agree to resolve any dispute through individual mediation or small claims court. You waive the right to participate in class actions, jury trials, or class arbitrations. See the Dispute Resolution section for details.

If you reside outside the United States or Canada:

  • You acknowledge that you are accessing our content voluntarily and were not directly targeted by our marketing or sales efforts.

  • You agree to these Terms in full.

  • You agree that any dispute must be resolved in the State of Tennessee, United States, under U.S. law.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services.

1. Account Creation and Responsibilities

To use our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

Account sharing, resale, or transfer is strictly prohibited. Your login credentials are for personal use only and must be kept secure.

We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access related to credential sharing or weak security. If you suspect unauthorized use or a security breach, contact us immediately at customer.service@changingcourses11.com. We may request verification to confirm account ownership and reserve the right to suspend access until ownership is confirmed.

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use our Services. Users under 18 are not permitted to access our platform—even with parental consent.

Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. For details on how we handle personal data upon closure, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or harmful behavior that compromises the integrity of our platform.

We do not mediate disputes involving shared logins, underage access, or misuse of accounts in ways not intended by our platform.

By registering, you agree to use our Services ethically and lawfully and to uphold the standards of our brand and community.

2. Content Access and Usage Rights

When you purchase or enroll in a course, product, or other digital resource from Changing Courses 11 LLC, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You are not purchasing ownership of the content. You are receiving access to view it through our platform, subject to continued compliance with these Terms. This access may be restricted or revoked in cases of misuse, policy violations, or other breaches.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, republish, license, or redistribute any portion of the content

  • Upload our materials to other platforms, websites, or file-sharing services

  • Post screenshots, links, or internal resources publicly or privately

  • Use our content in your own trainings, services, or business offers

  • Bypass payment systems, share login access, or enable unauthorized access

Misuse of content or violation of these terms may result in loss of access and further action as permitted by law.

Lifetime Access Policy

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the core digital training materials included in your original offer. Lifetime access means for as long as the program is actively maintained and offered on our platform.

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access under the following conditions:

  • Legal or copyright-related issues

  • Platform deprecation or infrastructure changes

  • Terms violations or abusive behavior

  • Security or system integrity concerns

“Lifetime access” refers only to course materials. It does not include:

  • Instructor interaction or coaching

  • Access to private communities or third-party platforms

  • Future updates, enhancements, or bonus content

Support, updates, and bonus features may be time-limited or governed by separate terms. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice before access changes.

No Resale or Redistribution Without Agreement

Unless you have entered into a written licensing agreement with us that specifically grants resale or redistribution rights, you are not permitted to share, sell, or sublicense any of our content.

Any unauthorized distribution may constitute intellectual property infringement and may result in legal action. All rights, ownership, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Changing Courses 11 LLC.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

3.1 Pricing Terms

All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The amount displayed at checkout reflects the most current rate and overrides any previously advertised or promotional pricing.

We may occasionally offer limited-time discounts, bundled offers, early access deals, or loyalty pricing. These are applied at our sole discretion and may vary based on user status, campaign availability, or delivery platform.

Applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or GST, may be added during checkout depending on your location. Where required by law, we will collect and remit those taxes. You are responsible for any local taxes not collected at the point of sale. We do not honor retroactive discounts or offer price adjustments on prior purchases.

3.2 Payment Authorization

By completing a purchase, you authorize Changing Courses 11 LLC and its payment processor(s) (such as Stripe) to charge your designated payment method for the full amount of the selected product or plan. You confirm that you are the authorized owner of the payment method and have full rights to approve the transaction.

If your payment fails or is reversed after access has been granted, you agree to remit the full outstanding balance within seven (7) calendar days. Failure to resolve payment may result in suspension of access, revocation of enrollment, or further recovery actions if needed. Access may remain restricted until the issue is resolved in full.

3.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window for qualifying purchases. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, and you must have accessed less than 20% of the core course content.

Refunds may be declined if you have consumed a significant portion of the training, violated our terms or guidelines, or if there is evidence of refund abuse or bad-faith activity. All refund decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.

After the 7-day window, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Accessing course materials constitutes delivery of service under applicable consumer law. Add-on services such as coaching, communities, or downloadable bonuses may carry their own refund terms, as clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3.4 Chargebacks, Abuse, and Fraud

We take refund abuse, chargeback fraud, and misuse of platform access seriously. If we identify patterns of abuse, we reserve the right to deny future refunds, revoke product access, block future transactions, and submit evidence to payment processors or legal channels as needed.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in permanent forfeiture of access and account privileges. We maintain internal access logs, download records, and usage data to support our position in any payment-related dispute.

3.5 Promotions, Gifts, and Credit Codes

We may occasionally issue promotional codes, account credits, or bonus materials. These are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may only be used by the intended recipient. Promotions may be subject to expiration, usage limits, or additional terms outlined at the time of issuance.

If we detect misuse—such as resale, manipulation, or use to circumvent standard purchase requirements—we reserve the right to cancel the benefit, restrict the associated account, or revoke access to any related products.

4. Content Standards and Behavior Expectations

4.1 Acceptable Use and Conduct

Your use of Changing Courses 11 LLC platforms, services, and communities must remain lawful, respectful, and aligned with our standards. You are responsible for your own conduct and any content you contribute to our websites, platforms, or affiliated communities.

You agree to use our services for lawful, ethical, and educational purposes. This includes respecting the intellectual property rights of both Changing Courses 11 LLC and others, avoiding impersonation or misrepresentation, and engaging in constructive participation that supports the integrity of our brand and community.

We reserve the right to restrict access or remove content that violates these expectations.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct and Content

The following behaviors are prohibited and may result in removal, restriction, or termination of access:

  • Sharing, downloading, or distributing proprietary course or community materials without permission

  • Spamming or soliciting, including promoting services, affiliate links, or offers without prior approval

  • Violating third-party intellectual property rights

  • Misrepresenting your relationship with Changing Courses 11 LLC or claiming authority you do not have

These rules apply across all platforms, including private or closed community spaces, messaging systems, and coaching environments.

4.3 User-Generated Content (UGC)

If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, messages, or other content through our platforms or public channels, you grant Changing Courses 11 LLC a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content for marketing, internal, or educational purposes.

You waive any right to compensation or future claims related to the use of this content unless explicitly governed by a separate written agreement. You also represent that you have full legal rights to share any content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

You remain solely responsible for your submissions and contributions.

4.4 Enforcement and Termination

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and enforce compliance with our behavior standards and content policies. Violations may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Content removal

  • Account warnings or temporary suspension

  • Permanent termination of access to products, communities, or platforms

Account enforcement may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Repeated or serious violations of these Terms or related policies

  • Fraudulent chargebacks or unresolved payment issues

  • Legal or compliance obligations

  • Technical misuse or platform security breaches

  • Behavior that harms users, the platform, or our brand reputation

In severe cases, enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of access, data, or associated impacts resulting from such actions.

4.5 Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe your intellectual property has been used without authorization on our platform, you may file a formal complaint by contacting customer.service@changingcourses11.com. Your report must include:

  • Your full legal name and contact information

  • A description of the content in question and its location

  • Proof of ownership or rights to the material

  • A signed declaration under penalty of perjury affirming the accuracy of your claim

We review valid complaints in accordance with U.S. intellectual property law and will take appropriate action when required.

5.2 Compensation and Responsibility

You acknowledge that you will not receive compensation for the use of your submitted content unless otherwise agreed in writing. All contributions are provided voluntarily and without expectation of financial return or material benefit.

You confirm that you have full rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. You agree to indemnify Changing Courses 11 LLC against any claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful submissions made under your account or identity.

6. Use of Our Platform at Your Own Risk

6.1 No Guarantees or Promised Outcomes

Changing Courses 11 LLC provides educational resources, training content, and optional community engagement features for informational and skill-building purposes. While we strive to deliver high-quality content, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance improvements.

We are not liable for decisions made based on our content or for any financial losses, business performance issues, emotional consequences, or technical problems resulting from use of our services.

6.2 User-Generated Content and Peer Interactions

We do not review or moderate all user-submitted content, community conversations, or interactions in real time. As a result, some content or user behavior may not reflect our values or standards. You acknowledge that:

  • Some posts, messages, or advice may include language or views you personally disagree with

  • Information shared by other users is not endorsed, verified, or guaranteed by Changing Courses 11 LLC

  • You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of any third-party content or peer interactions

If you choose to interact with other users, including in community groups, live sessions, or direct messages, you do so at your own discretion. You are responsible for protecting your personal data and using good judgment.

We are not liable for harm, disputes, or business arrangements resulting from relationships formed through our platforms or associated channels. We do not employ, represent, or vet other users, coaches, partners, or affiliates.

To protect yourself and others, we strongly discourage:

7.3 Feedback and Contributions

If you submit voluntary feedback, testimonials, suggestions, or recommendations related to our platform, services, or systems, you grant Changing Courses 11 LLC a royalty-free, perpetual, and unrestricted license to use, implement, or share that feedback as we see fit.
