Phase One is all about Foundations and Compliance, the essential elements many avoid teaching nowadays. These are the fundamental components you actually need to develop a purposeful business, rather than chasing illusions of "fake 2-hour-a-day passive income schemes." We emphasize true business foundations in Phase One because without a strong base, any business will inevitably collapse.

We focus on digital-based businesses, though much of what we teach applies to any business you want to build, whether offline or online. Our experience began with an offline service-based business before we transitioned to creating an online digital asset business.

We are two people who met at a dive bar during our "party phase", just two dreamers with big ideas. Zach looked at me the first night I met him and said, "I want to start a construction business." It was the first time I felt an instant connection with someone who saw the world as I did, full of possibility.
Within weeks, we were brainstorming wild business ideas in a tiny Cincinnati apartment. We had no clue what we were doing, but we had that spark and that was enough to get started. After plenty of trial and error, we launched our first official venture together: Fixin' Pippins, a construction and renovation business.
That season taught us a lot, how to legally set up a business, manage employees, run ads, book clients, and handle five-figure home renovations. Then COVID hit. Like many entrepreneurs, we suffered, not just financially, but emotionally. Those years brought anxiety, fear, and deep soul-searching. But we wouldn't trade that time for anything. It built the resilience that still carries us today.
While Zach was building with his hands, I (Hannah) was building online. I tried just about every "side hustle" and digital opportunity out there, chasing that elusive promise of location freedom. I had some big wins, but consistency was missing. Why? Because I was chasing money, not meaning. I wasn't focused on serving people or building a brand rooted in value and impact.
By 2023, we knew it was time to take everything we'd learned through failures, wins, late nights, and lived experience, and do something bigger. We wanted to cut through the noise, the smoke and mirrors, and the "laptop lifestyle" hype that leaves so many feeling defeated. We created a space for real education, for people just like us, ambitious, scrappy, and ready to build something of their own.
Since then, we've been on the ride of a lifetime. We've served over 50,000 community members worldwide (every continent but Antarctica!), and the lesson we keep coming back to is simple:
